Description:
Ringsted Forsyning must expand the district heating supply area in Benl0se. In this connection, a district heating supply must be established in the area around Benl0se Parken and Fluebaeksvej, with a supply point on the Byskovskolen area, as well as Holbaekvej.
Current tender includes Energy District 02 and 09 and work onshares establishment of approx. 5 km of main lines, and 40 tributaries plus around 180 potential tributaries, as well as interconnection with existing lines at Holbaekvej, Smalodsvej, Byskovskolen's green areas, as well as Benl0se Park's existing wiring system.
The installation is carried out in single pipes, series 2and 3, and twin tubes, series 2, in dimensions from 025 0273. The undertaking thus includes earth, construction, socket, alarm and forging work, as well as pipe and component delivery.
The work must primarily be carried out in a residential area.
In the tender material, branch lines from consumers are included, as at the time of the tenderThe point has entered into an agreement with Ringsted Fjernvarme. The contractor must, within the schedule and at the unit prices stated in the tender list, be able to carry out the execution of branch lines for customers who sign up for district heating supply during the execution of the project.
The work is expected to be carried out with 2 - 3 digfront for main lines and 1 2 digging teams for branch lines.
The contractor must be able to provide an extra digging team within 48 hours, which applies to both main and branch lines, if deemed necessary for the progress of the work and compliance with the schedule.
