Description:
The dynamic purchasing system for the acquisition of charging infrastructure for Halsnaes Municipality's own car fleet. The dynamic purchasing system will enable Halsnaes Municipality to continuously purchase charging infrastructure for the municipality locations for use in the municipality's fleet of cars.
By charging infrastructureunderstood the entire infrastructure for charging electric vehicles. It may include, for example:
• Establishing charging facilities below, advice in relation to location, excavation work, drawing of cables, connection and the like.
• Purchase of charging facilities.
• Rental of charging facilities.
• Operation and maintenance,Including the execution of repairs, updating of software, annual service and more.
The dynamic purchasing system follows the procedure for a limited tender, however, cf. section 104 (1) of the Tendering Act. 3, whereby
the dynamic purchasing system at all times must be open to applicants who meet the minimum requirements ofAptitude
The number of applicants must not be limited.
Applicants can thus continuously apply for admission to the dynamic purchasing system throughout its maturity.rejection of admission to the purchasing system.
The dynamic purchasing system is, as a rule, automatically ceases at the expiry of the maturity, unless the municipality of Halsnaes before the outlet of the purchasing system extends by submitting the order to TED.
