Description:
The dynamic procurement system includes the Ordering Party's ongoing purchase of technical advisors.
The dynamic purchasing system is divided into 10 independent categories, for which the Applicants who meet the suitability requirements are prequalified, and in which the Ordering Party's Mini Tender is carried out.
A Category must be seen as an independentfiery partial agreement. An economic actor can thus apply for inclusion in the system in one, several or all Categories. An economic operator must be registered as a Participant in a Category in order to be able to bid on the Mini Tenders that may be published in the Category in question.
