Description: The Offering relates to the purchase of driving with children to specialty schools in Rødovre Municipality. The services special school driving are students / children who, for one reason or another, cannot use common collective traffic or the closed school buses for transport. Some of the students are either physically or mentally disabled or have different behavioral problems. The allocation of orders on the Framework Agreement Allocation of orders takes place on the basis of one of the municipalities issued from external guidelines. Appropriation guidelines, for pupils in the normal and specialty area in and outside Rødovre Municipality are made from the Danish School Act § 26. The primary school Act § 26 describes, among other things, that children have the right to be processed for school in case:
- The school road is over 2.5 km for children in 0.- 3. Classtain
- The school road is over 6 km for children in 4.- 6th grade
- The school road is over 7 km for children in 7.- 9th grade.
