DALO has become aware of the need to include certain security clearance requirements in the tender material (draft contract) which have not been provided and described in the published contract notice for the current tender procedure. Consequently and in accordance with the public procurement rules, DALO cannot include the requirements in question in the draft contract under the current tender procedure. As a result hereof, DALO has decided to terminate the tender procedure without a contract award. DALO expects to initiate a new tender procedure, under which the security clearance requirements in question will be included in the tender material, in October 2021.
