Description:
In connection with the handling of the COVID-19 pandemic, extensive purchases of so-called "protective agents" have been made, which are used to reduce the risk of infection. The term "protective agents" covers a wide range of products, including disinfectants.
In order to meet the state targets for warehouse managementprocurement of protective equipment, according to instructions, protective equipment was purchased on behalf of the country's regions and municipalities by the Capital Region and Aarhus Municipality respectively. Subsequently, the state decided to reduce the state target figures for protective equipment, and the consequence of this was an overcapacity, whichn with a tendency towards a generally lower consumption of protective equipment, has created a need for concrete handling of excess capacity. most potential for recovery.
Based on this, three partial agreements are therefore being offered for the disposal of excess capacity of expired disinfectants. It is noted that all the products have exceeded their use-by date, and there is therefore a limitation in the use of the products. The tenderer is made aware of,that according to the contract there is a requirement that it is documented that any use of the product is for a purpose other than medical equipment or medical use.
