Description:
An agreement on the purchase of licenses for the legal staff of the police and the prosecutor's authority for a digital reference book for legal information retrieval with a total access to as many applicable and historical Danish sources of law, including commented laws, law processor, case -law, case -law, EU rules and other sources of law. The solution must be extensive and detailed as it must be used in connection with the work of the police and the prosecutor's office, including in the handling of criminal cases in the courts. The solution must at least contain a comprehensive collection of the elderly and current sources of law, including access to a comprehensive and complete collection of elderly and recent case law in the criminal justice field with the largest possible number of principled judgments, including a greatest possible collection of decisions published in the Journal of the Judicial Service and Journal of Criminal Court, which must could be identified with reference to this. The solution must include a function which, e.g. in the form of intellectually processed comments or notes, creates an overview of and connection between laws, processors, case law, etc. The solution can possibly. include a functionality based on generative AI. The solution must be ready for commissioning on 1 January 2026.
