Description:
The tender deals with the extension of district heating in Veddelev.
The work includes the main features of soil, concrete, paving, assembly and forging work as well as the supply of pre-insulated district heating pipes and components.
The workers covered by the contract include besides Activities at the workplace itself also services such as participation in the project optimization phase, obtaining excavation permits, contact with road authorities, contact with affected customers, contact with police, contact with affected authorities, pipe static calculations, preparation of traffic and signage plans etc.
Brief about the design optimization phase:
The project optimization phase is carried out on the basis of app project development, which are additional conditions for AB18.
The collaboration is divided into the following phases:
Phase I: The optimization phase
In this phase, the contractor must review the project offered in order to Provide suggestions for optimizing the project in terms of time, price and quality, including suggestions on alternative solutions, materials and construction process. This is done in collaboration with the developer and the total advisor in connection with some workshops and project meetings.
Phase II: The execution phase
This Phase includes execution where the agreed project is carried out, tested, and handed over by the contractor.
