Description: Aarhus Municipality, Children & Young Performance and Modernization of the Solbjerg School. The school is expanded with 10 common rooms, 4 new professional rooms, remodeling of existing areas for crafts and designs, modernization and indoor climate renovation as well as employee facilities.
The financial framework for the task amounts to DKK 83.7 million. DKK excl. VAT in price level 2020, where artisan expenses amount to approx. 64.1 million DKK excl. VAT and fixtures and builder deliveries amount to approx. 2.8 million DKK excl. VAT.
The project will be carried out in a professional contract (ventilation) and a large contract. Prior to this tender, a total advisor is associated with the project.
The present tender deals with the performance of the construction management for the project.
