Description:
This tender relates to the execution of a down renovation project of Vivabolig Department 18 Gundorfslund in Aalborg. The work must be carried out as a professional contract, with contractual relationships as a subcontracting to Jorton, who as a main contractor is responsible for the tendering business as well as the construction work on behalf of Vivabolig.
In addition, several shows are placed around the terrain.
The project consists of demolition of a total of 9 residential blocks containing 168 leases and basement as well as Demolition of Guild Hall. In the same location, 9 new residential blocks are erected, 7 of them in 3 levels while blocks 5 and 8 are erected in 4 levels with basement. When construction of the new blocks, the number of leases is reduced to 150.
New residential blocks are erected with a common staircase, by elevator, where through exterior Common cooling is access to the homes. All leases are erected with a balcony, also leases on the ground floor, except at 3 dwellings on the ground floor between block 5 and existing property office. Here, raised terraces are instead established.
