- Contract with Totalradgivning in connection with Odense Theater to be restored and modernized with a focus on the theatre's original and historical axis. Renovation must take place from the front doors, through the foyer area and onto the Store Stage all the way down to the back wall. Odense Theater wants a renovation thererespects the theatre, ambitions and audience as well as the historic building, which is located in the heart of Odense. The theater has an obligation to let the performing arts follow the times while preserving and protecting the current framework. Odense Theater is an old and complex building to run. Energy andheat consumption is large and leaves a significant climate footprint. Therefore, this project must also make the theater more sustainable, both in terms of climate and economy. This must be done by reducing i.a. energy consumption in the form of better insulation, modern ventilation and heating as well as replacement for e.g.LED light. The following would like to be restored to their original appearance: • Walls, panels, ceilings and plaster reliefs in the foyer area and on the Store Stage • Renovation so that Odense theater has a comfortable audience experience: • Better access for the disabled to the theater and foyer area • New chairs • More and fashionrne toilet conditions • Commissioning of the hidden "king staircase" In addition, the following must be carried out: • New air conditioning system for better energy management • Elevator on the back stage to improve the working environment • Replacement of theater lamps for LED or similar • New stage features • New revolving stage The list is not exhaustive...
