- Slagelse Municipality offers a framework agreement with a supplier for the supply of road salt of the type Grade F (Fine salt) for winter maintenance.
Minimum and maximum consumption is historically between 1,400 tonnes/8,000 tonnes for a number of years, however the consumption of road salt will vary from year to year , and is estimated as an estimateannual average of approx. 3,500 tonnes.
Slagelse Municipality disposes of its primary consumption in the period October April. In addition, the municipality's stocks are supplemented in the period May to September.
