- During the term of the Framework Agreement, the Ordering Party's activities in the area of wiring will include: Expansion of the wiring network (new installation) Planned wiring renovation Repair and maintenance of existing wiring networks The annual deliveries will vary in quantities and dimensions depending on the speed of expansion, fundingger, demand, authority approvals, etc. There is thus no main timetable for the deliveries. The ordering party expects that a total of approx. 10 million DKK excl. VAT within the Framework Agreement's described services. This estimate is preliminary and is not bindingOrdering party. The ordering party is thus not obliged to purchase a certain amount of services under the Framework Agreement. The Framework Agreement gives the Ordering Party the right, but not the obligation, to purchase the services covered by the Framework Agreement on the terms set out in the tender documents. The pipe delivery mainly includes the followingde: Delivery in accordance with stipulated pipe quantities with associated necessary fittings and alarm system. Option price for socket assembly and alarm monitoring. Determination of the optimal system design as well as calculation of pipe statics and expansion ratio, in collaboration with the Ordering Party and its advisor. Preparation of system and alarm drawings. Provide necessary instruction, advice and guidance at the workplace and carry out random samples of the assembly work. Contribute to the commissioning and troubleshooting of alarm systems if the Ordering Party wishes this. Preparation of a delivery plan that follows the schedule for pipe laying works...
