Description:
The tender includes the provision of job- and education-oriented courses for activity-ready and education-ready young people - referred to as the Job and Education Line cf. Act on active employment efforts § 91.
Aarhus Municipality has divided the tender into 3 sub-agreements, where for all 3 sub-agreements it applies that there is2 overarching elements, "Guidance" and "Business-oriented initiatives", and in addition a theme-based element. education or become self-sufficientdue to employment. Paid hours in addition to benefits will also be a goal on the way to self-sufficiency.

The target group is young people, where especially psychological but also physical challenges er the main problem and stands in the way of the next step. Health-related initiatives must parallel guidance and employment-oriented initiatives to get them into education or work.
The young people will be particularly affected by psychological challenges with diagnoses or suspected diagnoses such as ADHD, ADD, angst, depression, stress or young people who are challenged by being in the process of getting to know themselves in new contexts, e.g. identity crises.
The young people will have mixed school prerequisites.
