Description: The tendered task includes the establishment of a total 10kV infrastructure at New OUH, including the establishment of a switching station, a 10kV switching system, incl. EMS (monitoring), transformer kiosks and wiring, etc. (hereinafter The total 10kV infrastructure), where there is a total supply of:
a) Design, establishment and construction of the total 10kV infrastructure at New OUH as well as financing in the establishment phase.
b) Operation and maintenance as well as financing in a subsequent supply phase of 12½ years.
The tendered task is offered as a delivery contract, and the contract period is determined to ensure integration of plant and operation, respectively, and to provide an incentive to optimize the project's long-term overall economy.
