Description:
The tender includes the delivery and inspection of hand fire extinguishers to Varde, Vejen and Billund Municipality.
Varde Municipality, tender consultant Emma Torp-Iversen is the rope holder in connection with the implementation of the tender, and handles all communication regarding the tender until the contract is written.
After the tender aFinally, the municipalities participating in the tender deal with the selected suppliers as individual legal parties. This means that each participating municipality is an independent legal authority, which means that a separate agreement must be concluded with each of the participating municipalities. It means the samethat each municipality decides for itself whether it wishes to make use of any options.
The responsible municipality continues after writing the agreement as coordinator for the concluded procurement agreement. All matters relating to the procurement agreement, which are relevant to all the connected municipalities, are attempted by the municipalitynicked via rope holder.
