The tender relates to the conclusion of 3-year framework agreements for the trade services of relocation work, electrician work, carpentry work and plumbing work for public housing organizations associated with AlmenIndk0b.
The primary task content for these professional areas is expected to be the following:
Removal work:
•All types of painting work, including treatment with barrier primer, stop-primer and barrier paint
• Floor work with sanding, varnishing and polishing
• Cleaning, including descaling tasks
• Misc. repairs/replacements of joints, toilets, doors and worktops
• The services that appear in the list of offers
Electrical work:
• Troubleshooting, repair and replacement of existing electrical installations
• Repair of outdoor lighting
• Relocation of electrical installations
• Various switchboard repairs
• Repair and replacement of fixtures
• Establishment of new installations
• Sockets
• Main switchboards
• Relays
• Lighting
• Grounding (establishment of, among other things, earth spikes)
• Cable routing
• Work that takes place indoors and outdoors
• Urgent tasks
Carpentry work:
• Interior and exterior repair and establishment
• Plank work
• Windbreak and replacement of doors and windows (including double-glazed windows), shutter/reopened door opening
•Glass moldings
