- Please note that this is not a call for tenders but a publication announcing the Contracting authority-s intention to publish a future negotiated low or middle valueprocedure. The Representation may need temporary support on an ad hoc basis for following functions and tasks: Clerical or secretarial tasks, office management and other equivalent technical tasks performed under the supervision of staff of the Representation, for example: accounting assistant, secretary, communication or press assistant, IT assistant, etc. The Representation intends to select a contractor and to conclude a single framework contract for a period of 12 months to be renewed automatically 3 times.
