- fsb is Copenhagen's largest public housing company with around 100 housing units in Copenhagen Municipality. fsb is managed by our residents and we own approx. 13,000 public housing in Copenhagen. In addition, we manage approx. 1,000 youth homes and dormitories. The properties were built in the period 1933-2023. To ensure et SME-friendly tender, the tender is divided into 7 smaller geographical pools, each with its own partial agreement. The ordering party hereby invites interested tenderers to bid on our range of services in the area of cleaning in connection with moving apartments and cleaning for tradesmen.
Partial agreement 1 -Bispebjerg and Emdrup
The tender relates to the purchase of tradesmen and services within the painting area for all of the client's departments. The tenderer wishes to enter into a contract with 2 suppliers per partial agreement (pool), of which one supplier will become primary supplier and the other supplier will becomeve secondary supplier. As a rule, the primary supplier will only be contacted when ordering the services covered by the agreement, and if the primary supplier is unable to perform services in a timely manner and in accordance with the terms of the agreement, the secondary supplier will be contacted.es composition and size can be seen in Appendix E "Indicative information on the composition of sub-agreements".
