OPGAVE description: The Nordic Council of Ministers hereby invites you to submit tenders for a contract for an investigation of the EU directive on the application of patient rights in cross-border health care in the five Nordic countries (Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden) and three self-governing areas (Faroe Islands, Greenland and Åland). This assignment includes an investigation into the effects of the EU Patient Law Directive (Directive 2011/24/EU) regarding patient rights in cross-border health care in the Nordic countries. Today, there is some knowledge and collection of data regarding patient mobility and the preliminary effect of the entry into force of EU/EEA rules on cross-border health services in the Nordic countries.
