Description:
The tender deals with the reception, breaking down and sorting of the "Garden waste" fraction. The leafy part must be set aside for recycling (e.g. for composting or soil improvement in fields). The annual quantity from the Recycling Stations is expected to amount to approx. 70,000 tonnes. The garden waste is received at recycling stations inVestforbraending's catchment area. The garden waste originates from private gardens and to a lesser extent from the municipalities' road and park departments. In addition, 25,000 tonnes are collected in the municipal household collections (from private citizens). The garden waste consists of both loose waste and garden waste collected in paper bags. Leaf partsn must be set aside by the supplier for recycling (e.g. for composting or soil improvement on fields). The supplier must document quantities that go to recycling, incineration and other treatment, respectively. Vestforbraending wants dialogue with relevant bidders. To be relevant offer giver, the company must have treatment agreements for a minimum of 15,000 tonnes of garden waste annually at facilities in or within 20 km of Vestforbraending's catchment area. The following subjects are desired, among other things discussed in the market dialogue: Tightened requirements for greenhouse gas emissions? Should the task be divided into smaller subcontracts? How long shouldthe agreement optimally be? Is there a need for price regulation, and if so, how? How long should the offer deadline be? How long should the implementation period optimally be? The tender is being made with a view to the start of the contract on 1 January 2025.
