Description:
The tender relates to receipt, transformation and transport to treatment plants of small combustible from large garbage collection in Vestforbraending upland. The quantity of small combustible is expected to amount to 10,000 tonnes per year. year. However, the final quantity may vary from this number as it is based onBest estimate at the time of supply. The agreement comes into force on May 1, 2025 (see point 2.2 Agreement base). The contracting entity estimates the total contract value to amount to DKK 11,000,000.00 over the entire contract period. The enlightened contract value is based on an estimate of the expected futureconsumption. The value is thus indicative and the supplier is not guaranteed any minimum turnover. The estimated value is indicated under reservations for continued appropriation throughout the agreement period. The agreement is exclusive and does not allow the right to use other suppliers for this specificPerformance during the term of the contract. For a more detailed description of the services offered, reference can be made to Appendix 1, which indicates the requirements that the services must meet. The contracting entity draws attention to the new road tax rules for trucks that entered into force per year. 1 January 2025: All statutory fees, taxesand taxes known in tendering will not be compensated for subsequently, which is why the tenderer must take into account the toll in his tender.
