Description:
The contracting entity, in collaboration with two sub-contract suppliers, strives to roll out a comprehensive solution that includes a modern, cloud-based emergency call system, GPS equipment, staff alarms and an integrated digital observation and oversight solution. The purpose of the tender is therefore to enter into contractsTo establish a future -proof, reliable and coherent platform that supports both security for citizens and efficient workflows for employees in care centers and home care. The contracting entity faces a comprehensive modernization where approx. 1,400 emergency call systems, 700 sensors and 160GPS devices need to be replaced and implemented again. In addition, the contracting entity has planned setup and commissioning of up to 250 digital observation units for anonymized supervision, incident detection and support of night and security visits- with a special focus on screened sections andTemporary 24 -hour stays (MDO). The solution must be delivered as a whole, where emergency calls, employee alarms and digital observation are integrated with each other. Ease of use and simple operations are key requirements, just as full integration between the services of the two sub -contracts is high.
