- The contract concerns the provision and operation, maintenance and support of a media monitoring system for VisitDenmark. The system must result in uniform, up-to-date and resource-saving media monitoring across all of VisitDenmark's markets in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Germany, StorbrItaly, France, the Netherlands and the United States. The system must contain:
- Media monitoring of printed media
- Monitoring of online media and blog posts
- Media monitoring of radio, TV and podcasts
- Daily delivery of press clips by e-mail
- Option to search archived press clips
- The monitoring scan be used to be able to prepare reporting and analysis in relation to media coverage and media development, including the preparation of statistics and reports.
The supplier must carry out the ongoing operation and maintenance of the overall service. The system must be implemented and ready for use on 1 January2024.
