Description:
Region Southern Denmark offers, with expected start of operation on 1.9.2025, a contract for the provision of ambulance service (patients requiring treatment), pre-hospital emergency units (emergency medical vehicle, emergency vehicle and pre-hospital visitation unit) and recumbent patient transport (patients not requiring treatment) in Trekant area in Region Southern Denmark.
The ambulance service, the pre-hospital emergency units and the recumbent patient transport in Region Southern Denmark are managed by the region's own call center according to a preparedness model in four geographically divided areas, which follow the admission areas of the region's emergency hospitals.
Da tendered contract in the Triangle area in the Region of Southern Denmark, which is one of the four geographical areas, includes:
* Ambulance service in fixed standbys of standard ambulances incl. equipment and personnel
* Ambulance service in permanent readiness of special ambulance (XL-/bed ambulance) incl. equipment, but without oakst manpower
*Pre-hospital emergency units in fixed standbys of emergency medical vehicle, emergency vehicle and pre-hospital visitation unit incl. equipment and personnel. The region of Southern Denmark itself supplies the doctors for emergency medical vehicles
* Recumbent patient transport in permanent arrangements of vehicles for recumbent patient transport incl.. equipment and personnel
* Bases with fixed locations and associated emergency services in the Triangle area in the Region of Southern Denmark.
