Description:
The tender relates to the Purchaser's purchase of hemodialysis machines and associated proprietary consumables.
The ordering party commits to - by written order - before:
•Ultimo March 2024 to purchase 75 pcs. hemodialysis machines for delivery no later than May 2024
•Ultimo May 2024 to purchase 35 pcs. hemodialysismachines for delivery no later than August 2024
under the tendered contract.
The customer also has options to purchase a further up to 70 units. hemodialysis machines for an expected up to 207,000 additional treatments. Purchase of optional hemodialysis machines will then take place by the end of September 20 at the latest26 for delivery no later than December 2026.
Proprietary consumables are understood to mean consumables of a specific make, which the Ordering Party must as necessary purchase from the Supplier in order for the delivered equipment to function in accordance with the Contract.
In relation to proprietary consumables it applies that the Ordering Partyunder the Contract may purchase proprietary consumables for use with the purchased hemodialysis machines. Consumables can be purchased as long as one or more devices delivered under the Contract are in operation with the Ordering Party.
Basic volume at 110 pcs. Hemodialysis machines: The client expects a total oft to have to carry out 418,000 treatments on the base volume of 110 units purchased in accordance with the contract. hemodialysis machines.
In addition to hemodialysis machines and proprietary consumables, the following services are included as part of the offer:
