- This tender includes geo- and environmental engineering studies prior to the preparation of a detailed project regarding overtaking track at Kalvebod. The contractor is expected to deliver services that include the following geotechnical topics: 1) Geotechnical drilling, 2) Water samples, 3) CPTu soundings, 4) Environmental sampling,5) Core drilling, 6) Boreholes, 7) Wing test and 8) SPT. The geotechnical investigations must be carried out both inside and outside the track trench. All boreholes must be initiated as traditional lined geotechnical boreholes in either 6" or 8" auger holes and filtered with 063 mm probe tubes, so that it is possiblet to carry out logging of the water table level afterwards and to take water samples. In total, geotechnical boreholes must be carried out at 41 survey points, with the possibility of 5 additional boreholes. 11 out of the 41 survey points are located in the current track pit, and these must be carried out belowr consideration of track closures etc. The majority of the drilling is completed as core drilling. In addition, in the geotechnical boreholes, strength tests must be carried out by vane tests in cohesive layers (Cv, Cvr) and SPT tests in frictional soil. For wing tests, 2 pieces must be carried out per meters. SPT test mustcarried out per meters. CPTu soundings must be carried out at 34 survey points, with the possibility of 5 supplementary CPTu soundings.
