- The Municipal Digitalisation Association (hereafter Digitalisation Association Zealand or DIGIT), which works on behalf of 11 Zealand municipalities, hereby offers the delivery of an IT standard solution with built-in complexity and the need for adaptation of the design to use the DIGIT standard, consisting of aFinancial system and a Payroll and Personnel system, collectively referred to as ERP, as a Software-as-a-Service ("SaaS") solution. The contract is offered as two subcontracts for Finance (subcontract 1) and Payroll and Personnel (subcontract 2). ). DIGIT intends to enter into a contract with one Bidder fordelivery according to Subcontract 1 and one Bidder for delivery according to Subcontract 2. The Bidder can choose to apply for prequalification for Subcontract 1 or for Subcontract 2 or for both Subcontract 1 and Subcontract 2.
