Description: Property administration in Copenhagen properties and purchases (in the future Customer) handles the administration of properties owned or rented by the municipality.

The contract includes implementing a solution to cover the following tasks:
- Property lease and residential management, incl. Integration to Kasa, who is the customer's current facility management system.

- Charging and repayment of tenant-related expenses (Nemkonto)
- Preparation of property-related accounts (consumption, taxes / charges et al.)
- formation and mass transmission of letters to stakeholders via digital mail
- Journalization in the customer's journalization system
- reporting and the ability to make data extracts
- Finance module integrated with the customer's finance system (SAP)
- Module for handling debtors
- The contract also includes operating, maintenance and support throughout the contract period
