Description:
ATP wants to develop an IT system that can support Udbetaling Danmarks and ATP's administration of student debt (also referred to as the System). The supplier must deliver services to ATP in the form of: A: Delivery, B: Operation (infrastructure operation and application operation), C: Maintenance, D: Further development ofThe system and other associated consulting services as well as E: Termination assistance. Due to technical limitations, the extended description of the offer is in the "Additional information" field. system that cansupport Udbetaling Danmark's and ATP's administration of student debt (also referred to as the System). The system must, as far as possible, be based on one or more standard components/systems, which for ATP constitute an overall solution. The Student debt system must handle the repayment of approx. 360,000 student loans, theyr is paid from the Danish Agency for Education and Research, as well as handling approx. 40,000 repayment claims. The system must include a professional system which must cover the supporting and preferably automated functional needs of the scheme, such as case management, document handling, collection/recovery, accounting, deposits, withdrawals, interest calculation and rule handling. Furthermore, the System must include a self-service solution (support for both mobile devices and PC) for the System for citizens in Denmark and abroad with the possibility of simulating and ordering changes to the loan.
