Description:
The EIFO intends to contract with a supplier who can offer the operation of EIFO's canteen as well as services in connection with this.
The supplier must be able to offer lunch every day, and breakfast every Friday. In addition, the supplier must assist with fruit scheme, service of coffee spots, meeting careand other catering in connection with events.
In connection with the operation of the canteen, the supplier is expected to deliver the highest quality food, while the supplier focuses on ecology and sustainability.
In the EIFO, at the time of publication of the tender material, there is about 425Employees. Of these, about 300-350 daily dining employees are expected, however, on average 330 daily eating employees.
EIFO expects to enter into the contract by the end of October 2025, and the contract will take effect on February 1, 2026.
