Description:
Guldborgsund Municipality, Denmark's southernmost rural municipality, with approx. 60,000 inhabitants on an area of approx. 90,000 hectares that include long coastal stretches, forests and many villages and market towns distributed across the municipality. In the municipality there are several association houses, 16 halls and 3 swimming pools, and5 artificial turf pitches that are used daily by our many associations, where today approx. 285 public information associations and evening schools, as well as approx. 430 other associations. Guldborgsund Municipality offers a single contract for the delivery and operation of digital solution for handling facilities andGrants in Guldborgsund Municipality. Guldborgsund Municipality therefore needs a new digital and fully functional solution for handling the municipality's associations, grant management, and booking and handling of the municipality's facilities. The new solution must ensure that the primary users who are the associationsIn the municipality, only one entrance to the municipality in relation to communication with the municipality on grants and facilities. At the same time, the solution must be easy and intuitive to use for users, even for elderly citizens who make up a large proportion of users. With a new solution, Guldborgsund Municipality will make it simplerfor users to apply for grants, cf. the Public Information Act, as well as apply for the use of the municipality's facilities for their activities.
