Description: DTU hereby re-offers its framework agreements covering consultancy services when preparing patent applications.
DTU produces approx. 120 new notifications annually. Of this, approx. 40 patent applications, with a current annual turnover of approx. 6 million DKK until the national phase and approx. 8 million DKK in the national phase including fees and expenses for any proxies abroad.
The offer is estimated to include agreement (s) for the purchase of consultancy services for preparation, submission, continuation in PCT with possibility for further processing at national stage.
The process is implemented as a limited tender, which will lead to the conclusion of framework agreements with several suppliers.
Allocation of specific tasks under the framework agreement will have to be done after mini-calls.
