- There is a competition for the qualitatively best proposal for a comprehensive plan for the development and preservation of landscape and urban space in the Viborg Cathedral Quarter. The competition is held by A.P. M0ller and wife Chastine McKinney M0ller's Foundation for general purposes as part of a donation to Viborg Municipality, which has approvedcompetition program. The competition is conducted in two rounds in accordance with the Public Procurement Act. The term "competition" here covers both rounds. The first round is held as an invited (closed) anonymous project competition with four participants who are pre-qualified upon application. The second round is carried out as an invitation to tenderd with negotiation with a maximum of two participants without prior announcement. The selected participants will have the opportunity to supplement their team with additional skills. The provider reserves the right to cancel the second round if, after the first round, no proposals are found that are suitable for implementation. Under the project competition, sub-projects in the entire competition area must be described at idea proposal level. During the subsequent tender with negotiation, there is competition for the realization of the overall plan with a focus on the most economically advantageous realization of sub-projects in two selected sub-areas, Staenderpladsen and Bispestie, described at sketch proposal level.
