Description:
Renovest A/S is a waste company and forms part of Vesthimmerlands Forsyning A/S, which is a multi-supply located in Vesthimmerlands Municipality. The tender deals with the collection and treatment of plastic waste for Renovest A/S via a framework agreement. The framework agreement is divided into three sub-agreements: Sub-agreement 1: Hucollected plastic with an agreement period from 01.05.2024-31.12.2024. There is an option to extend on unchanged terms for 3 x 12 months, so the agreement can run until 31.12.2027. (NOTE: Sub-agreement 1 expires upon entry into force of extended producer responsibility for packaging and packaging plastic). Partial agreement2: Separate fractions of hard plastic, soft plastic, cans and PVC with an agreement period from 01.05.2024 31.12.2024. There is an option to extend on unchanged terms for 3 x 12 months, so the agreement can run until 31.12.2027. (NOTE: Parts of Sub-Agreement 2 expire upon entry into force of the extended productresponsibility for packaging and packaging plastic). Partial agreement 3: Garden furniture and waste containers with an agreement period from 01.05.2024-31.12.2027. The framework agreement with associated sub-agreements will be awarded on the basis of the three drafts of sub-agreements contained in the tender documents. One lev will be chosenerander for each sub-agreement. Bidders are free to choose to submit bids for one or more partial agreements. A tenderer can be awarded all subcontracts. The tender is carried out as a public EU tender cf. LOV no. 1564 of 15/12/2015 (Tenders Act) with later amendments.
