Description: The purpose of the project is to create a football center in Ørestad south, with associated clubhouse and changing facilities and a landscape plan for the area. In this connection, the following art grass lanes must be established: an 11-man, an 8-man, a 5-man and two 3-man courses on an area of 24,313 m2, on a part of Matr. No. 976a. Around the lanes, complete lighting system and fences must be established. The artificial grass courses must be established in accordance with the Copenhagen Municipality's work with environmentally sound art lanes. In connection with the artificial grass courses, a 2-storey clubhouse must be built.

In total, the project includes 12,456 m2 artificial grass (m. Safety zone: 14.745 m2) and approx. 600 m2 clubhouse on a part of Matr. No. 976a with a total area of 24,313 m2.Smount preparation of a landscape plan for the area.

This call for tenders relates to total consultancy in connection with the establishment of the above art grass courts and clubhouse.
