- The offer includes Cleaning Service in expected 142 locations (the covered locations are shown in contracting Appendix 2A). Cleaning Service must be performed at daycare centers, schools, SFOs, clubs, swimming pools, libraries, daycare centers, housing units, health center, venue, administrative buildings, Materialegard, etc. Cleaning Service includes continuous interior room cleaning and cleaning -related service tasks as requirements specified in contracting Appendix 3: Requirement specification.
The offer is divided into 2 sub -agreements, referred to as sub -agreement 1 - West and Sub -Agreement 2 - East.
Sub -Agreement 1 - West consists of 72 locations, and Sub -Agreement 2 - East consists of 70 locations.
The total total cleaning area is approx.:
Sub -Agreement 1: 78,200 m2
Sub -Agreement 2: 73,000 m2
It should be noted The individual sub -agreements are accepted separately, however, one and the same tenderer can be granted a maximum of 1 part agreement. If a tenderer Pre -qualified To submit offers on sub -agreement 1 and 2, this tenderer can be awarded a maximum of one of the two sub -agreements.
Cleaning Service is currently being carried out by external suppliers.
