- Viborg Municipality expects August 2025 to offer a limited EU offering on Cleaning Service. The offer is expected to be divided into 2 sub -agreements, sub -agreement East and Sub -Agreement West, and includes approx. 142 locations. In this connection, we wish to make a consultation/written dialogue of the preliminary tender material.We therefore invite all potential suppliers to review the preliminary material and submit consultation responses with comments on found inconveniences and proposals for changes/improvements.
Deadline for consultation response is June 19, 2025, at. 12.00.
Sub -Agreement 1 - West
Sub -Agreement 1 - West Consistsof 72 locations (the locations covered will appear in contracting Appendix 2A).
Cleaning Service must be performed on day care institutions, schools, SFOs, clubs, swimming pools, libraries, daycare centers, housing units, health center, venue, administrative buildings, material yard, etc. Cleaning Service includesContinuous interior room cleaning and cleaning -related service tasks as requirements specified in contracting Appendix 3: Requirement specification. If a tenderer is pre -qualifiedTo submit offers on Sub -Agreement 1 and 2, this tenderer can maximally be awarded one of the two sub -agreements.
