Description:
Cleaning Service at Metro Company's Administration Building. Cleaning Service includes continuous interior room cleaning and cleaning -related service tasks. Furthermore, window cleaning is offered as an option. Window cleaning includes interior and exterior facade glass, as well as polishing internal glass and skylightsetc. Cleaning Service is currently being carried out by external supplier (the extent of the tender is shown in Appendix A in KB2 Tender conditions). Contract Appendix 3:Requirement specification contains an in -depth description of the offerings offered. The tender is carried out as a tender with negotiation in accordance with the Directive 2014/25/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of February 26, 2014 on the procedures of concluding contracts in water and energy supply, transportas well as postal services and repealing Directive 2004/17/EC). The tender business is carried out with the negotiating round in accordance with the tender terms' point 6.
