The services can vary widely in size and relate to both tasks inside the homes as well as in outdoor areas, including for example:
• Replacement/rep. by a bl. Batteries,Washing, perlator and more.
• Replacement/rep. of exchanger and VVB
• Replacement/rep. of pipes for water and heat supply
• replacement/rep. of toilets
• Replacement/rep. of thermostats, radiators, valves etc.
• Replacement/rep. of drains from kitchen, bath, etc.

the homes typically vary between 1 - 5 roomsHousing.
Framework Agreements deal with the following areas:
• Framework Agreement 1 Includes Area 1: Operations Center Middelfart (about 1,000 Housing)
• Framework Agreement 2 includes Area 2: Operations Centers Northwest,Odense West and Southwest (approx. 3,300 Housing).
• Framework Agreement 3 includes Area 3: Operations Centers Odense Nord, Odense City, Odense South and Southeast (approx.of the sub-areas 1-4.
Civica (hereafter denoted the builder) wants to enter into framework agreements with 1 contractors per year. However, the same contractor can well be awarded more than one framework agreement. A tenderer can be awarded a maximum of contract on two framework agreements.
