Description: The Sundmolen is old port area and is characterized by a mix of large, old warehouses, which contains a wide range of businesses as well as new residential buildings to the southwest with a total of approximately 1,000 residents. At the access road to the Sundmolen, the Metro M4 Endestation at Orientkaj. Authorization authorization has been granted for the establishment of infrastructure and urban space at Sundmolen East. The regulatory project must be revised, but not in terms of northern brew. City & Harbor now needs the execution design of the northern brew, which can form the basis of a main contract offer. The work must be coordinated with Big, which prepares the execution project for the urban space on the Sundmol Tip. The brew and the sundemol tip must be offered together.
