Description:
The tender includes 12 subcontracts regarding care and maintenance of green areas and winter service at municipal properties in Aarhus Municipality. Offers can be submitted for one, several or all sub-contracts, however there is a limit to the number of sub-contracts that can be awarded to one supplier, cf. section 10.1.3 of the tender conditions.
schools, clubs, institutions in the field of day care, community centers, homes for the elderly and care homes, administration buildings, scout cabins and sports facilities.
The services are described in detail in appendix 3 the quality description incl. sub-appendix and is divided into fixed services/standard tasks (performance requirements, condition requirements) and commissioned tasks cf. section 11.10 of the contract.
Brief description of the services:
Standard tasks are tasks that must be performed and include annual, routine maintenance lawns, hedges and bushes, beds, paving, etc. The services must be carried out all year round, but the amount of work is mainly during the growing season.
Order tasks typically include extra grass cutting, extra weed control, extra fertilising, pruning, thinning, straightening of pavement etc. as well as winter service, cf. however the Contract's section 11.10 on commissioned work.
