Description: The Danish Veterinary and Food Administration wishes to invite market dialogue and give potential bidders the opportunity to provide input to the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration's preliminary draft specification and offer list.
The Danish Veterinary and Food Administration expects to offer a car fleet management system, and possibly a system for keyless access to cars. The agreement may include software, service and support.
The fleet management system is used to GPS track cars so that tasks, driving and costs can be optimized. It is being considered to procure a solution with keyless access to the cars, as well as a car booking system.
Note: this market dialogue will be held as a follow-up to a previous market dialogue in 2020 and is focused on discussing our draft requirements specification.
