Description: This notice serves as a call for tenders / applications for admission. a qualification scheme regarding Waste Heating Aarhus '' procurement of services for the development of technical IT. The qualification scheme is offered in accordance with the rules of the utilities directive (Directive 2014/25 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 February 2014).
The procurement made according to the qualification scheme will cover services for the development of IT for optimization of technical operation of district heating (KVAL-IT). The qualification scheme is divided into 3 areas. It is possible to apply for admission to the qualification scheme in respect of one, several or all of the three areas:
- Area 1: Software services development
- Area 2: Design of SCADA images
- Area 3: PLC programming, preparation of control descriptions.
