- The tender relates to the supply and support of the Vagtcentral system (software) for Midtjysk Brandthe other alarms that are handled in the call centers.
Furthermore, the platform must be able to manage the disposition of firefighters and vehicles as well as other resources that may have to be sent to a given incident/task.
Other alarms can be (but are not limited to) emergency calls from weak citizens, burglar alarmare, elevator alarms, technical alarms and other things that are processed in the call center.
The service also includes ongoing support of the call center system, which is handled by the "help desk" (telephone, email, website/web portal) by second line support for the emergency services' technicians. The emergency services are managed by first l itselfine support for operat0rerne.
