- The tender relates to the supply and support of the Vagtcentral system (software) for Midtjysk Brande Business Software A/S.
All three emergency services want a modern call center platform that must be able to receive fire alarms as described above, but also all the other alarms that are handled in the call centers. This can be (but is not limited to) emergency calls from vulnerable citizens, burglar alarms, elevator alarms, technical alarms and other things that are processed in the call center.
The service also includes ongoing support of the call center system.
