Description:
In this tender, the Ordering Party wishes to obtain offers for components for the electricity supply industry, such as cables, sockets, fuses and cable conduits for the voltage levels 0.4 kV and 10 kV as well as protective equipment, bolts, industrial components and hand tools. The task is offered in 2 subcontracts. Sub-agreements 1 and 2 are concluded beggs as framework agreements with one supplier per sub-agreement. Sub-agreement 1 includes the purchase of cables. The expected annual turnover is expected to amount to approx. 30 million DKK. The partial agreement is offered as a framework agreement with a duration from 1 February 2024 to and including 31 October 2025. There will be the possibility ofcontract of 1 x 12 months duration. Sub-agreement 2 includes the purchase of electrical components, for example sockets, fuses etc. The expected annual turnover is expected to amount to approx. 3.2 million DKK. The partial agreement is offered as a framework agreement with a duration from 1 November 2024 to and including 31 October 2027 with muequality for extension of 2 x 12 months. The estimated consumption is calculated on the basis of previous activity and expected future activities with the assumptions known at the time of the tender. The expected consumption is thus not binding on the Ordering Party. Correspondingly, quantities specified applyone in the offer list. The maximum consumption on the framework agreement can amount to 50% more than the actual bid sum incl. regulations
