Description: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs hereby provides behalf itself and the other deductible authorities a framework agreement on the supply of reinforced vehicles with associated spare parts, service options and driving lessons.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs wishes to buy a number of civil-looking reinforced vehicles of the SUV type. The term of the framework agreement is expected that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will decrease at least 15 vehicles. The majority of the vehicles must be certified VPAM BRV2009 VR 7 or documented correspondingly protected. The concrete minimum requirements for ballistic and burst properties are set out in Annexes 1.1, 1.2.1.3 and 1.4. The companies / consortia as prequalified will receive additional confidential annexes 1.1.1, 1.2.1, 1.3.1 and 1.4.1, of which ballistic and bursting properties are further elaborated.
