Description:
This tender relates to the acquisition of client consultancy to the municipality of Skanderborg by the construction of a new nursing home in Lasby.
The new nursing home is for 60 residents with associated service areas andA smaller area for outgoing activities and will in the long term replace the existing care center S0ndervang. The nursing home is planned with the following:
- Area distribution- 4,640 sqm gross (living space) and 860 sqm gross (service area)
- economy- approx. DKK 145 million incl. VAT (living space) and approx. 33 millionDKK excl. VAT (service area)
Craftsmen's expenses are estimated at approx. 99 million VAT.
Wish is to create a meeting place where the residents of the new nursing home can observe or meet with citizens of the local community, students from Lasby School, daycare centers and leisure activities under frames whereThe residents thrive and where they together support and develop each other.
It is intended that the new nursing home in Lasby will be erected north of the city. The local planning process has been initiated and finally approved local plan is expected to be available at the end of 3.Politically before the summer holidays 2025.
