Task Description: The present tender includes Total contract in connection with the building of a new day-care institution with associated outdoor areas located on the Transhaven 31, 2605 Brøndby. The day care institution is carried out in respectively. 1 and 2 plan and assumed to house 160 children with associated staff. The new day-care institution has a gross floor area of approx. 1,700 m. The new institution becomes a profile brush garden with nature, biodiversity and sustainability as themes for both the building and outdoors. A technical basis comprising a building program with associated technical specifications and outcome requirements and drawings at the outline proposal level.
